About Us
We are based in Whitburn, Scotland and Registered with the Care Inspectorate as a Home Care Provider.
Our mission is to meet the needs of people, who either through illness or injury, have difficulty maintaining their independence and quality of life, whilst continuing to live in their own homes.
Our Care Staff are available throughout Edinburgh and West Lothian. We provide comprehensive care services for people who need our help and assistance, from simple visits for domestic assistance, through to a full 24 hour care package.
Our Management team has over 10 years of experience working in the Care Sector as Registered Nurses and is qualified in providing high quality care services. Our Care Staff are well experienced, compassionate , and professional in caring for all our Service Users. We guarantee a dedicated care worker to every service user, maintaining continuity of care.
Objective
Our objective is to support and value all Service Users through implementing a personalised service which will enable them to stay safe in their own environment. We will support our Service Users at times that are flexible and agreeable to them.
To achieve this , Infinite24 Healthcare will be committed to meeting and promoting the Health and Social Care Standards ,My Support, My Life . We are committed to meeting and promoting the principles of Compassion, Dignity and Respect.
If we do not meet these , Service Users can raise their concerns with us, use our complains procedure or complain to the Care Inspectorate.
Standards
STANDARD 1 : I EXPERIENCE HIGH STANDARD OF CARE THAT IS RIGHT FOR ME
Infinite24 Healthcare will deliver high quality care based on the needs of service users by using a person centered approach.
Service users specify when they want the support they need (as agreed in their personal care plan), and where possible have atleast the same Care Staff attend to them
Service User Care plans will be reviewed atleast every 6 months or more frequently if changes occur. Infinite24 Healthcare continually monitors the quality of the Care provided to ensure it meets Service User's needs.
Where changes in the Service User's needs are identified, appropriate contact and/or referrals will be made to ensure multidisciplinary teamwork.
STANDARD 2: I AM FULLY INVOLVED IN ALL DECISIONS ABOUT MY CARE AND SUPPORT
As a Care provider, we will set a quality frame work that includes enabling Service Users to set their personal objectives and involving them in the review process.
Service Users are at the heart of any Care Planning and with their consent, either their family or someone who can advocate on their behalf will be involved.
We also involve Service Users by seeking their feedback from complaints ,compliments and ideas in improving our service.
STANDARD 3 : I HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THE PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT AND CARE FOR ME.
You can be confident that we only employ the right people for our home care roles, via a comprehensive recruitment procedure.
As a Care Provider we will ensure that the right staff are supporting Service Users by maintaining and improving their skills through the right training at the right time.
All Managers and Care Staff are members of the PVG scheme and all staff are recruited safely as detailed in our recruitment policy.We have a stringent recruitment procedure in place , requiring PVG clearance before commencing employment with us and we require references including from the latest employer.
We ensure staff are registered, or support them to register with the SSSC, and that they obtain the qualification commensurate with their role.
STANDARD 4 : I HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THE ORGANISATION PROVIDING MY CARE AND SUPPORT.
Infinite24 Healthcare will deliver the service by
- treating Service Users with Dignity and Respect
- protecting Service Users from all forms of abuse whilst respecting their decisions
- treat all Service Users equally while valuing their differences and respecting their Human Rights
- ensuring that there are enough staff with suitable skills , experience and knowledge to deliver safe care and maintain high quality service.
Service Users' safety and wellbeing are priorities for us and we make sure they know how to inform us if they are worried about being harmed or they have been harmed. We encourage them to take part in our internal quality reviews through comments, feedback and/or complaints and also contributing in the Care Inspectorate Inspection Activities.
